The "Modern History of Macedonia (1830-1912)" by Professor Konstandinos Vakalopoulos has already been published in Greek in 1986. The English edition is being released in a few days, initially in Greece, but hopefully throughout the world later, especially where Hellenism abides. Τα έγγραφα που δημοσιεύονται στην εργασία αυτή η προέρχονται από την περίοδο 1901-1909 και το κοινό τους χαρακτηριστικό -πέρα από το δεδομένο του ιστορικού πλαισίου της εποχής τους- είναι ότι αναφέρονται όλα σε γεγονότα και πρόσωπα της περιοχής Φλώρινας, Πρέσπας και Μοναστηρίου, δηλαδή της διοικητικής περιφέρειας του Βιλαετίου Βιτωλίων.
