An alien comes to Earth from his planet, thirsty for knowledge and full of questions. He meets some people who teach him what is life and its functions. He falls in love with a girl but in order to earn her he must become human. Φτάνει στη γη ένας εξωγήινος, ο οποίος ήρθε από τον πλανήτη του διψώντας για γνώση και γεμάτος απορίες. Γνωρίζει κάποιους ανθρώπους οι οποίοι αναλαμβάνουν να του μάθουν τι είναι ζωή και ποιες είναι οι λειτουργίες της. Ερωτεύεται μία κοπέλα, την οποία όμως για να κερδίσει πρέπει να περάσει 5 δοκιμασίες. Η κάθε δοκιμασία αφορά μία από τις λειτουργίες της ζωής (κίνηση, θρέψη, κυκλοφορία ουσιών, αναπνοή, αντίδραση στα ερεθίσματα).
