Στον κατάλογο αυτό περιλαμβάνονται όλα τα γλυπτά που εκτίθενται στο Εθνικό Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο στην Αθήνα. Τα λήμματα του καταλόγου, συμπληρωμένα με τη βασική για κάθε λήμμα βιβλιογραφία, γραμμένα με τρόπο σαφή και εύληπτο, δεν απευθύνονται μόνο στους ειδικούς αλλά και στο ευρύτερο αναγνωστικό κοινό.
