The exhibition "Icons of the Orthodox Communities of Albania: Collection of the National Museum of Medieval Art, Korce" brings icons from our neighbour to Greece for the first time. Mεγάλο μέρος της πρωτοβυζαντινής κεραμικής από την ανασκαφή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης στον Τομέα Ι της αρχαίας Ελεύθερνας έχει ήδη μελετηθεί και δημοσιευτεί από την Christine Vogt (Chr. Θα πρέπει κατ' αρχάς να αποσαφηνιστεί ότι οι κάτοικοι και οι αυτοκράτορες του Βυζαντίου δεν ανέφεραν τη λέξη "Βυζάντιο".
