Κύριο αντικείμενο ανάλυσης έχει το ποτό, το κρασί και την οργάνωση και λειτουργία κάθε μορφής Bar σαν το κατ’ εξοχήν αρμόδιο τμήμα καλύπτοντας όλες τις παραμέτρους του σημαντικού αυτού τομέα.

H έκδοση του "Basic Business English" έγινε για λόγους προσαρμογής στις σύγχρονες κοινωνικές, πολιτικές, οικονομικές και τεχνολογικές αλλαγές του αιώνα μας.
